Our knowledge and expertise are the core of why we are successful.  Our CVs reflect our education, training, certifications and licenses, but our knowledge and experience goes beyond what can be put on paper.  While road vehicles are our specialty, we have experience in all kinds of mechanical and electrical issues.  Whether it’s ice resurfacers, farm tractors, ski lifts, golf carts, cranes, oil field equipment, forklifts, construction equipment or other machines, we have the core mechanical and electrical knowledge to understand how it works.​

We are also a redesign of the old expert consulting firm model.  Our goal is to benefit and promote our employees, not a separate group of shareholders.  Many firms out there are driven by private equity firms, venture capital firms or holding companies that want to enrich themselves, not their employees.  While some would say that “it’s just business,” we recognize and emphasize that the better our employees do, the better the company does.  This creed is why we have paths for our experts to become shareholders without having to go into massive debt to buy out those who are retiring.
